About Jermaine

A full-time Personal Trainer who is a former collegiate and professional football player, that coaches at the high school level and trains athletes of all ages.
I have several years of experience in football, strength & conditioning, explosive performance, wellness and fitness, nutrition and basic boxing in my background. I'm a full-time certified personal trainer, coach & mentor, and a retired athlete(arena football). I coach at the high school level and been coaching at that level since 2013. I been training athletes and non-athletes since 2011 at the Sports and Learning Complex and many different locations over the years.
Weight lifting, field work, technique, discipline, competition, hard work, and fun. I focus on drills and technique. First they will expect warm-up drills. Then stretches and after the layout for the session. Once after that we will go into technique sessions. We will hit each technique session hard. Then we will apply these technique in drills and once after, we will compete hard and have fun.
Jermaine Joseph developed a passion for coaching and helping the youth and others to better their lives, education, and athletic abilities. Lastly Jermaine’s favorite quote is “To keep pushing and never give up on something you believe in! Effort will define you as a person and God would lead you to glory. The world is yours!"
I played sports my entire life and once I retired from football, it led me into personal training and coaching.

Jermaine is awesome! The training we go through to better my skills and increase my endurance is very helpful. The best thing about our training is all the different tools we use, fom hurdles to a parachute! Its fun exciting and always something different. Did i mention im loosing weight too! :)
