About Luis
My name is Luis Ayala and I have been a personal trainer/fitness instructor for 3 years. Throughout my time I have worked for commercial gyms such as Crunch and New York Sports Club and companies, such as URBN Playground, that hire trainers/instructors to facilitate classes and/or sessions for residents. I have helped many achieve their goals and instill in them personal confidence and strength that they can carry over to any area of their lives. I am a firm believer that a person's internal growth is just as valuable as any physical change they wish for their body. Throughout my years in the fitness industry I have learned how to provide top quality customer service both inside and outside a gym setting making myself available to help with anyone concern an individual may encounter, whether it be exercise selection or meal preparation consultation. I am certified in Group Fitness Exercise and Personal Training with certified specialties in Kettlebells, Suspension training, Bodybuilding and Nutrition aid. I am an "out the box" thinker when it comes to training. Whether its 30 minutes or a full hour, when you train with me you will get the push that you are looking for in a trainer and feel great about the results that come after.
I enjoy the simple fact of helping someone becoming a better version of themself both inside and outside of their lives.
I have always had a love for a fitness. This is what propelled me to learn how to become a successful group fitness instructor. Afterwards I wanted to advance my skillset to be a better service to the community and abroad which gave me the drive to pursue personal training. Even now I still work in both aspects to provide an amazing service and experience for all who seek me out.
I have worked for Crunch New York Sports Club and URBN Playground. All of which are either commercial gyms or companies that hire out trainers to visit residencies.

I deliver an assessment session first to gauge the levels of the student. From their future sessions will be based off of that until the next assessment is delivered. Depending on the schedule of the student most sessions will be total body work unless otherwise prefaced.
I have worked with students of all ages and backgrounds. From kids as young as 8 years old to seniors in their 80s. With this experience I know many modifications to exercises so that way anyone at any level can feel like they are getting the physical push they demand.
You get exactly what you asked for. I will provide an exhilarating experience for anyone that hires me. All I ask is that you are serious about commiting to the change you are seeking. We will work together to reach your success.
I am highly fond of fitness expos because they showcase a wide variety of talents that anyone can enjoy and partake in. They are home to many motivations that anyone could use to help fuel their goals in life.
