Experienced tutor in Photography in Grosse Pointe Farms, Irakly offers private lessons tailored to your needs.

As a painter, I would only take classes from a painter whose artwork style I like - and unfortunately, or fortunately, I am a very discerning and demanding student, so those painters are very few and far between. Same goes for photography - while the technical knowledge in photography is no longer in any way proprietary in this day and age of abundant digital (and printed) resources, there is still a certain individuality to each and every photographer and their creative approach.... and I was looking for a master photographer such that is an artist first and foremost, with a certain touch of magic in his own works, if you will. So I was very happy to find Irakly. I have known him distantly for many years, observing his work, before I approached him for a training. I am making my very first steps with a professional photo camera, and I have to say that Irakly's introductory course was the most comprehensive and engaging among the multitude of online resources I have found over the course of the year to date. As a teacher, Irakly is very open to communication, encouraging and will answer in depth any questions you might have. Did I mention good sense of humour?.. An essential skill for any teacher, as it serves to connect people. I highly recommend Irakly's online classes and look forward to a live masterclass with him in Tbilisi, Georgia.
