About Ben
My name is Ben and I'm a rising senior at Harvard College studying computer science with a secondary in statistics. I have experience teaching my own section of CS50, Harvard's introductory Computer Science course and was planning to teach courses in Quantitative Finance and Systems Security this semester before I went on leave. Additionally, I spent the summer after I graduated from High School working as an intern for Tutor Associates, one of New York's premier tutoring and test-prep agencies where I helped to interview prospective tutors and learned a lot about how to teach effectively.
Due to the pandemic, I'm currently taking time off of school to work on a startup I founded with my roommates. I have a 3.75 GPA, scored a 35 Composite/36 Writing on my ACT, and have spent the past two summers working as a software engineering intern at Microsoft and Bridgewater Associates.
