About Dan
I have a BS in Archetectual Engineering and a Masters in Adult Education. I have taught High School and Colledge. Been doing this for 30 years. My major Client is Mayo Clinic. Due to health care crises their funds for art has been drying up. You can see my work on my website. Won awards at Sculpture Tour, Peabody Mansion, other places but I don't really like talking about that. Look at my work if you think you want to learn Sculpture, Bronze, Welded Steel, Plasma Cutting, Polyurea, Mold making, Lost Wax, Spin Casting, 3D printing, Laser Art, then get ahold of me.
First class I taught was calculus at MSOE to pay for my tuition.
Over 30 years sculpturing and selling my art.
Former HS and Colledge teacher.
I also teach creative thinking during the teaching process. I have 20 high tech patents if you Google Dan Massopust patents you will see them.

Do not hire someone who will coddle you. You want someone who will give you honest feedback. This may hurt your feeling but it is how you will grow. The most import thing is the teacher needs to give this feedback with kindness. Negetive feedback should always be given with a plan and a solution to improve.
A few things worth thinking about before reaching out
What is your end goal. What do you want to feel not only while doing your art but what you want to feel when a peice is completed. I tell my students that Art is peace if you are stressing something is wrong, step back, look at basics, remind yourself why you do art.

Details
It depende if it is long term or short term or if you want to learn one of my trade secrects. Long term $25/hr Short term $50/hr If you want to learn a trade sercrect such as polyurea sculpture that can be a set rate or $500/hr. That is more like setting up a business to do sculpture.
