About Andrea
I customize my lessons to my students. Each person is different. I honor your difference and design lessons to suit you. I am results oriented. Working with me you will meet your goals whether to get stronger, more flexible, more stable balance, greater stamina and sense of wellness. I am a certified personal trainer and yoga instructor. I study constantly to learn new methods and stay current on research. I am certified in personal training, yoga, mat pilates, TRX, AquaFit and Tai Chi.
I love working with people. I love helping people become more comfortable with their bodies. I love celebrating the wins. I love sharing the experience of training and learning and growing.

I have always been a mover. I am also a writer. When I was turning 60, I realized I wanted more physical activity in my daily life. I became a group instructor and personal trainer. I added yoga last year and have continued to add certifications.

About the lesson

We meet by phone or in person (masks on) so I can learn about your goals and interests. From there, I design a plan for you that we will discuss at our first work session. We plan our sessions at your convenience. It works best if we can plan on regular times for your work-outs. You will have the option to work out with me or on your own with your personalized plan.
Everyone from 18 to 90 years old. I work with people who have trouble moving and I work with athletes. I am delighted by the diversity of my clients. They keep me on my toes.
Find someone you are comfortable with who listens well. Find someone who responds to what you say and believes in your goals.
A client of mine who works out with me and for some time has promised to work out on her own finally did it. I am using a new online tool and she really responded to being able to see her program and she actually worked out on her own and felt great. She is 82.
