About Julie
I am an RYT 500, behavior analyst, meditation teacher, DBT skills coach and skills trainer. I love sharing my knowledge with others as well as learning from each person I meet. My passion is to help people grow as I continue to grow as a person and teacher.

For yoga and meditation, I enjoy working one on one or with small groups. I am able to design classes to meet your needs. I welcome feedback in order to make the experience the best it can be for you.
I have been practicing yoga and meditation since my mid twenties and became a yoga and meditation teacher 3 years ago. I have been teaching kids, adults, and groups in various skills and subjects for over 20 years. I have a passion to share what I know as well as to learn from those that cross my path.
