About Caitlin
I love teaching yoga and working with students to help them improve their lives through the practice. I will tailor classes to meet individual student needs, and to help build strength and flexibility while decreasing stress and tension.
I have been practicing yoga for over 12 years now, and I love the way it has improved my overall health - physically, mentally, and emotionally. I am passionate about the many benefits of yoga and love sharing this with my students.

I start by learning exactly what my student hopes to gain from working with me, whether it's incresed flexibility, buidling strength, relaxation, weight loss, etc. We will discuss personal goals, as well as physical limitations or injuries I should be aware of, and then I will design classes to meet the specific needs of the student.

Cait has a thorough knowledge of both the physical and spiritual aspects of yoga. She does a great job of making sure all levels of yoga practitioners feel comfortable and welcome. Provides plenty of modifications of poses and the ability to apply hands on assistance as needed, while also allowing individuals to adapt freely on their own. Professional and personable.
She was great! I love her cues and she adjusts for all levels of ability. I always feel like I got a great workout after her class and after a few weeks, I’ve seen a lot of improvement in my strength and flexibility.
Mrs. Bradley was my teacher for AP literature, and we worked one-on-one for essay writing assistance. Mrs. Bradley made sure to provide the skills needed to come to the answers on my own in both class and tutoring. This effective teaching method helped me develop a strong personal writing style that has helped me tremendously in college.
