About Haley
I am a self-taught yoga teacher that provides Vinyasa, Hatha, Restorative, Chair yoga & YIn yoga styles.
I provide a safe space for students via virtually or I can come to you!
I graduated with 200hr Yoga Teacher Training 2019 & currently enrolled for my 300hr yoga teacher certification program.
I love giving back to my community! I help others by bringing awareness to their lifestyles to live healthier lives heart, body, soul.
I started yoga as a hobby at home & fell in love with yoga & have never stopped practicing.
I watched & participated in many YouTube video classes.
I am a Registered Yoga Teacher 200hr with Yoga Alliance.
I am currently working on my 300hr Yoga Teacher Training Certification.

About the lesson

I assist students with beginner, intermediate & advanced yoga classes.
I have worked with Children, Teenagers Adults & Seniors.
I have worked with students who have had surgeries & limitations. I gently encourage modification with the poses.
I would advise to look for a teacher who has experience in various types of Yoga & Ethics.
I recently taught a yoga class with my current Children's Shelter. It was a lifetime experience to share my love of yoga and all.
A few things worth thinking about before reaching out
Will they need a mat? Virtually, yes you will need a yoga mat. In person class, no I will provide your yoga mat.
Will they need blocks, pillows or bolsters for class? Virtually, yes. In person class, no. I will provide yoga props for safety modifications.
