Experienced tutor in Yoga in Iowa City, Raina offers private lessons tailored to your needs.

She is very willing to adapt our practice to unexpected events. In a one year period I had a cast on a wrist and a leg. Raina found ways I could participate with my limitations. She developed individual yoga practices for those in our group to meet our physical needs.

Raina is great at working with people of all levels of physical ability. She is always mixing up the routine so we never get bored with it, while at the same time making it a challenging and spiritual experience.
