About Zari
I provide private yoga and meditation sessions that are tailored to your specific needs!
I enjoy working with people and coming up with creative ways to share my love for yoga.
I started by teaching family friends in my basement and at small gyms, until I found my regular clients through donating single session classes at silent auctions.
I have also taught mini retreats for kids and adults!
I was certified with 200 hours by Johns Creek Yoga in the spring of 2017.

About the lesson

Before the initial session, I ask clients if there is anything specific they would like to focus on. During the yoga session, I start with a basic squence and ask clients to be aware of any limitations or strong emotions during each pose. At the end of the session I like to have a short discussion of what the client liked, disliked and thought of the overall class so that the next session can be more suited towards what they are looking for.
I have worked with all ages and body types! Some of my clients are mothers and daughters who enjoy bonding through yoga and some of my clients are chemo patients.
I understand and respect that each person has different needs and am open to working with my clients during every step of their practice to ensure that they are happy.
Make sure that you are comfortable with the space you are practicing in and the person who is teaching you! If you are uncomfortable at any point, honor your feelings by expressing them.
I recently instructed a yoga session for an elementary girls slumber party! The fearlessness kids embody at that age has left me inspired to teach adults how to grow beyond our comfort zones by bringing that same fearlessness into our own lives.

Single 60 minute yoga session: $50
Single 30 minute yoga session: $30
Package of five 30 minute yoga sessions: $115
Package of five 60 minute yoga sessions: $225
Single 30 minute meditation session: $25
Package of five 30 minute meditation sessions: $100
Driving Fee if out of a 10 mile radius: $20 added on to single sessions and $75 for package sessions
