About Mallory
My mission is to spread awareness, enlightenment, love and health through the path of yoga. I am passionate about teaching my students how to use simple but powerful techniques to help relieve stress and improve mental, physical, and emotional health. By utilizing physical, mental and spiritual tools, I work to spread light and love to help every student see their power and potential.
I AM TRAINED IN:
Tantra Yoga, Hatha Yoga, Yin Yoga, Restorative Yoga, Kundalini Yoga
Anatomy & Physiology - asana, alignment and hands-on adjustments
Vinyasa Krama - energetics of practice, sequencing, and structuring an effective practice
Pranayama - techniques, proper use, benefits and precautions
History & Philosophy - study of the psychology, history and philosophy of yoga, including the Yoga Sutras, Hatha Yoga Pradipika, and the Gheranda Samhita
Sanskrit, Mantra & Meditation - study of sanskrit, the science of sound, meditation practice and techniques
Special Populations - adapting classes for pregnant women, seniors, children, and those with injuries, limitations and disabilities
