About Amanda
A Californian native & graduated with a degree in Fashion Design & Fine Art.
I've started teaching at a workshop & college classes for my other career - fashion. The stress in Fashion Design & Manufacturing led me to reconsider my stressful lifestyle. While practicing yoga, I realized how I'm continuing leaving feeling the "Yoga Blissed" throughout the day after every practice. I continue to explore and wanted other people to feel the same. I also enjoy meeting random students and my community that led me to further my studies and teaching. I'm truly blessed every day to teach my students in their overall wellness and alignment.
I took the opportunity to expand my knowledge and yoga practice under the eye of world-renowned mentors like Heather Seiniger of YogaWorks, Bikram Choudhury and Ram Bhakt, Under their guidance, I've obtained my Yoga Alliance certificate.
An extensive part of my mission is to spread a passion for yoga and to create a non-judgmental, safe, loving and empowering space, which paves the way to long-term self-realization, relaxation, happiness, and good health. For me, yoga is much more than just a movement. It is a way of life that brings clarity and allows us all to stop, look deeply inside of our hearts and follow the paths which serve us the best. Inviting people to practice, and observing how their lives evolve in their own, unique way is for her the most beautiful and fulfilling reward.
I travel across the U.S. and internationally for workshops and courses in order to expand my knowledge about yoga and experience the newest developments to serve my clients in the best possible way!
I invite you to experience a combination of movements and meditation based on elements derived from the following approaches:
*Vinyasa Yoga
*Restorative Yoga
*Yin Yoga
I offer private sessions as well as a client’s homes and corporate offices.
I have a dance background & 20 years of personal practiced. I've studied Bikram, Chakras, Restorative, Hatha, Flow, Vinyasa, Ashtanga, & Integral style of yoga. I have 500-hour RYT certified Yogini and Pilates. Further, my knowledge includes ayurvedic & holistic nutrition, meditation, flexibility, relaxation, breathing techniques, strength conditioning, and anatomical studies. I'm a retired contortionist & aerialist, however; I'm always & currently continuing my education in more ways to move and elevate the body.

Initial sessions may include some paperwork, review of your medical history, and goal setting. Your first session may run longer to include this necessary information gathering.
I've worked with all types of students in all walks of life; from children to seniors, to students that needed restoration after major surgery, to a corporate environment, & to advanced students that just needed to release a long stressful day. My main objective is: "Compassion!".
