About Christine
I have many years of experience in athletics and weight lifting which all comes together in my student-specific plans. Too often people don't get enough out of yoga. I aim to solve that by working on my student's specific goals each meeting. My classes are designed to help beginners see the benefits of yoga faster.
Yoga brings a sense of balance and calm that makes people radiant. I enjoy helping people reach a state of peace.
I injured myself when I was younger which kept me from playing soccer any further. When I started yoga I noticed pretty quickly that the muscle groups which never recovered were finally getting the work they needed. Not only that but my mind felt more clear than it had in years. Within the first week of my own practice I knew I wanted to bring other people a similar experience.

I will send a questionnaire over before our first meeting asking about exercise history, past injuries & goals. Then I will develop a plan specifically tailored for progress. I focus on independent practice which means I eventually lose all my students. My goal is to set up good habits in yoga so people feel comfortable practicing anywhere, anytime.
I've worked with mainly beginners.
Find someone who makes you feel comfortable.
Recently a student of mine let me know they they already felt better after the first session. Nothing makes me happier.
