About Ricardo
Ricardo Dollero is a recent UCLA graduate with a diverse background in Film, Theater & Media, Ethnomusicology, and Anthropology. His passion for global experiences is evident through his participation in the Semester at Sea program, where he traveled to 14 countries across Asia, Africa, Europe, and South America in just 4 months. This immersive experience, combined with his fluency in Spanish and English, has given Ricardo a unique perspective on intercultural communication and global affairs.
Ricardo's international experience extends beyond his academic pursuits. He has worked as an English Translator and Teacher in remote villages in Antioquia, Colombia, contributing to the development of foreign tourism in the region. His ability to navigate diverse cultural environments is further demonstrated through his leadership roles, including his position as Student Director for Mariachi de Uclatlán at UCLA.
With visits to over 20 countries, Ricardo has cultivated a deep appreciation for cultural diversity and developed strong adaptability skills. His global mindset, combined with his academic background and practical experience in teaching and mentoring, positions him as a well-rounded individual with a unique set of skills valuable in today's interconnected world.
