About Omur
I am fitness coach/cyclist/cooker/math teacher/forex and stock trader. I have been giving private lessons since 2009. I taught a couple hundreds people who wants to learn about fitness, wellnes, math. The people who aimmed at to achive their goals with me learned a lot of things and made progress. (ex. person wants to loss weight, gain muscles etc.)

My teaching method formed with experiences which i contact my students and academic instructions. Firstly in order to inform i present basic knowledge about that topic, then i analyze personal body condition applying some tests. And then after determine goals, i create a detail personal training program together. I perform that program in detail together 3-5 days optional.
