About Lily
I believe everybody should have yoga in their life. From releasing body stiffness, to improving mindfulness and peace in the mind, yoga brings so much positive aspects to oneself.
I really enjoy sharing this journey with others, especially beginners in yoga.

I have two 200hr yoga certificates, one in Vinyasa yoga from Zenko Yoga (Australia) and one in Hatha Yoga, Ayurveda and emotional blocage treatment release from Gyan Yog Breath (India).
I love teaching yoga and sharing my knowledge to help others feeling better in their body and mind.
This is suitable for all levels.
Can be online or face to face.
First we will have a chat together to see what are your goals and where are you currently at so I can design a yoga class around this.
The yoga class includes gentle warm up, breath work, alignements, poses and relaxation. we can also finish with some meditation exercises.
