About Ritu
With 15 years of experience in Guitar tutoring, I have had the opportunity to teach students from different age groups and professional backgrounds. I teach school children, college students, and working professionals who want structured guidance and steady progress. My teaching philosophy focuses on clarity, patience, and building confidence.
I ensure that students first master the basics such as chords, strumming patterns, rhythm timing, and scales before moving to advanced techniques. I believe that every learner progresses at a different pace, so I customise lessons according to their ability and goals. Many of my students have overcome stage fear and performed confidently in competitions and public programmes.
Watching their growth gives me great satisfaction. I strive to create a supportive and motivating learning environment where students stay inspired to practice regularly and improve continuously.

My teaching methodology for Guitar emphasises steady improvement, strong fundamentals, and creative expression. I believe that every student has unique musical potential, and my goal is to help them discover it. I follow Motivation, Communication, Integrity, and Creativity in every class. I begin by building core technical skills such as chord transitions, rhythm timing, finger strength, and clean tone production.
Once students gain confidence, I guide them towards advanced learning like improvisation, scale mastery, and expressive playing techniques. Motivation helps students remain consistent in practice. Communication ensures that all lessons are clear, interactive, and supportive. Integrity reflects my commitment to structured progression and proper technique.
Creativity allows students to develop their own musical voice through songwriting and experimentation. I also incorporate music theory and ear training to help students become confident and well-rounded Guitar players.
