About Honesta
I am an experienced and passionate Nutrition Coach and Educator, dedicated to teaching practical nutrition while managing diet-related and chronic health conditions. With a strong background in Nutrition and Dietetics and also a Registered Dietitian-Nutritionist, I help students and clients understand nutrition in a simple, relatable, and evidence-based way.
My teaching approach focuses on nutrition education, disease management, and lifestyle improvement. I support learners in areas such as weight management, diabetes, hypertension, pediatric nutrition, meal planning, and general wellness. I believe nutrition should be practical, affordable, and sustainable, not confusing or extreme.
As an educator, I prioritize clarity, patience, and real-life application. Whether you are a student learning nutrition, a health professional seeking guidance, or someone managing a nutrition-related condition, my goal is to help you gain confidence, knowledge, and long-term results.

My lessons are designed to be practical, easy to understand, and applicable to real life. I focus on teaching nutrition in a way that helps students not only learn the theory but also confidently apply it to everyday health and nutrition-related disease management.
Each lesson is structured, interactive, and student-centered. I teach topics such as basic and advanced nutrition, meal planning, weight management, nutrition across the life cycle, and dietary management of conditions like diabetes, hypertension, and other chronic diseases.
I adapt my teaching style to suit your level—whether you are a beginner, a nutrition student, or someone seeking nutrition education for personal or professional growth. Lessons may include explanations, practical examples, case discussions, and simple assignments where necessary.
I offer my lessons online via Google Meet, Zoom, and other virtual platforms, making learning flexible and accessible from anywhere. Sessions are tailored to your learning goals and delivered at a pace that suits you.
