About Rania
My approach is rooted in deep integration of Eastern and Western thought. I hold space with compassion while also offering honest reflection, accountability, and a little edge when it is needed.
Outside of my work, you will often find me dancing, writing, reading and practicing yoga. These practices are part of my own ongoing process of staying curious and connected.

Sessions may include:
Reflective conversation and philosophical inquiry
Guided meditation and attention practices for mind-body regulation
Each session is individualized to where you are and what you are curious about, creating small conditions in your everyday life that allow you to engage more fully with what being fully alive looks like to you. We might reflect on questions of balance and connection, and explore how your mind, body, relationships, and environment influence the way you experience your day-to-day life.
