About Samuel
I am a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (FCIArb). I obtained my LLB from the University of York, UK. I have extensive knowledge beyond simply the course contents of Law but also how you could improve your essay writing and practical legal skills such as negotiation, advocacy, etc.
I have specific knowledge on international arbitration and cross border legal differences (such as common law vs civil law). I have been an arbitrator and advocacy coach at the Willem C Vis International Commercial Arbitration Moot in Vienna and its sister Vis East Moot in Hong Kong in person and other derivative pre moots, the Asia Pacific Pre Moot at the Asian International Arbitration Centre (AIAC) in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, the Richard DeWitt Memorial Vis Pre Moot at the International Law Section of the Florida Bar, USA and the Moscow Vis Pre Moot at the Russian Institute of Modern Arbitration (exempted from sanctions).
