About Natalia
Hey -I’m Nat - a big ethusiast of simply being well. I am nutrition specialist and soon sport specialist too. Being healthy is one of my the most important goals in life.
I learnt nutrition on Polish Dietitian Institute, but constantly developing my skills. Continuously learning about nutrition and wellness and how them make impact on your health and life.
I do believe to have a better life all you need is just to feel good in your body and mind. You can do that by changing your daily routines and habits. I am by your side with every step you take to improve your health.
I have changed some of my habits and can see my life improved the way I wanted. That means they can work for you too.
