Most traditional coaching methods rely on surface-level techniques—affirmations, motivation, and mindset "hacks." These approaches may create a short-term boost but fail to address the deeper, underlying issues that sabotage long-term success, so this is why most clients don't see long term results I've written 26 books in the personal development space and written over 1000 articles, I explore why these tools fall short. For example: Affirmations often fail because they don’t challenge the subconscious beliefs creating the problem. Visualization and “think positive” strategies ignore the root causes of self-doubt and fear, leading to frustration when results don’t materialize.
