Hi, I’m Charis! Growing up as a Filipino in Taiwan, I learned traditional Mandarin the same way locals did—through years of real-world immersion in school and daily life. This experience shaped not only my fluency in reading, writing, and speaking Mandarin but also my understanding of how to teach it effectively.
I specialize in traditional characters and Zhuyin (Bopomofo), tools that were key to my own language journey.
