About Martine
I graduated magna cum laude from NYU's prestigious Film & Television program (Class of 2020). At the present moment, I am an independent filmmaker, writer of scripts, prose, poetry and essays on film analysis; author of numerous short films, extensive experience working in a variety of roles (director, line producer, script supervisor, editor, sound designer, production assistant, and others).

Our lessons will explore the evolution of cinema as an artistic medium and a technology, from the early days of the Lumiére brothers to the latest developments in the world of cinematic storytelling. Particular attention will be devoted to the Hollywood studio system and to international cinema. However, the entire course or specific lessons can be customized according to the client's specific needs and/or interests. Our lessons will include the basics of film analysis and criticism.
