I offer singing lessons to beginner and intermediate singers who are interested in Jazz and contemporary singing.
I focus on helping students produce a better sound and vocal quality by teaching them how to sing with proper technique. I do this through various vocal/breath control exercises.
Lessons also consist of helping learners approach songs from a new perspective and helping the learner build a jazz repertoire/language.
Basic jazz vocal improvisation will also be taught in lessons.
We will work on:
Strengthening vocal ability (developing good control through breathing and support).
Developing a jazz or contemporary repertoire.
Learning how to improvise over the tunes through jazz vocal exercises.
