About Haziyah
Hi, I’m Haziyah! I’m a university lecturer teaching Finance and International Finance. I hold a Master’s in Financial Criminology and am currently pursuing my PhD in the same field. I know finance can feel confusing, especially when there are so many formulas and calculations to understand. I enjoy breaking things down into simple steps and helping students feel more confident. I’m patient, friendly, and happy to explain things again. You’re always welcome to ask questions, even about the basics! We’ll work at your pace and focus on the topics you need help with. Whether you’re learning the basics or getting ready for an exam, I’m here to support you. Let’s make finance easier to understand together!

Struggling with finance calculations or not a fan of numbers? Let’s make finance easier together! I teach Finance and International Finance to diploma and degree students. I can help you with financial ratios, financial planning, time value of money, investment decisions, exchange rates, and other topics in your syllabus. I use simple English and practical examples to explain each topic. We’ll work through calculations step by step, so you understand which formula to use and what your answer means. You can always ask questions, and we’ll learn at your pace. Online lessons last 60–90 minutes and focus on your needs, from understanding the basics to practising exam questions. My goal is to help you feel more confident with calculations and begin to enjoy learning finance!
