About Jasmine
I became a certified 200-hour yoga teacher in September 2025 at the BaliYoga School in Milan. I've been practicing yoga for 11 years in various styles: Yin, Vinyasa, Hatha, and sometimes Ashtanga, but it's not my favorite! I approached yoga 11 years ago because I felt completely lost and hopeless. Thanks to yoga and meditation, I rediscovered myself and a new way of moving through life. Needless to say, it has given me a new lease on life, as well as helping me through the worst moments of my life, when I suffered from anxiety, stress, and panic attacks. It's truly a medicine for the soul, mind, and body. And above all, a new way to rediscover yourself.

Classes range from 1 to 1.5 hours, both in person and online, for individuals or small groups. We begin by focusing on breathing, experimenting with different breathing techniques and listening to your body, before moving into a more dynamic practice, with poses (asanas) for everyone: a variation suited to your body will always be provided. We'll focus on the alignment of each asana. But don't worry! You can also try the more fun poses, always with awareness and no judgment! You'll also cultivate a different connection with yourself and bring your way of moving on the mat into your everyday life, as well as working on the anxiety and stress that sometimes creep into our lives. I'd be honored to guide you on this wonderful journey. I look forward to seeing you :)
