I believe in working with the student. I like to discuss what you hope for and how best we can achieve this together. If you just want a meal plan (one off is £5), then I will workout your BMI, Basal Metabolic Rate and your body type to create a meal plan ideal for your goal! I will incorporate food preferences, any dietary needs and pre-existing conditions.
