I am Anwesha Sarkar a first-year student at Lady Shree Ram College of women. I'm pursuing English honours andi want to see myself as an IAS officer in future. I'm very friendly and enthusiastic girl and i love to communicate with people. I feel pleasure when I help someone every day. I want to serve my people in every way. I want to teach students becausei believe teaching is the profession which teaches all other professions. I want to help students attain their goals.

I myself is a student at Lady Shri Ram College so i understand what a student feels while he/she is in a classroom. I'm aware of the fact that students hate long boring lecture. Teachers need to get some colourful interesting methods to teach students. Students should feel safe and free near teachers. Teachers should be their friend at first place to give better mentorship. When i teach i try to be student's friend as I'm very youngi know what different students feel while reading soi try my best to communicate with them as their close friend. They can ask their doubts freely and get proper guidance.
