About Gladia
I've started my training at 6 y.o. with ballet. As the time went by I opened my horizons to other style of dance such as contemporary and urban dance. In the last few years I played Carmen in the adaptation of the George Bizet's Opera where i am actually acting and dancing.
I am a member of two dance companies (Nagan prod. & CTBL) and I also work as a soloist for TV programs and events.
In these last few years I have taught to children, teens and adults.Thanks to my skills I managed to adapt my courses according to the requirements of the students.

Have you ever dreamed to dance like a prima ballerina?
Perhaps you wished to be fluid like a contemporary dancer?
Or maybe you know some steps and you are looking for a teacher to improve faster?
My name is Gladia and I am a dance and floor barre teacher since 2015. In these years of experience I have developed a fast and effective teaching method to guide you to better know your body and to be more comfortable within movements.
—FLOOR BARRE—
BALLET barre: Perfect to understand some of the aspects of ballet technique and also one of the best way to improve your flexibility. This class is based on the same exercises as the traditional ballet barre but all of the practice is going to have place lying on the floor for a better understanding about the positions of your hips and your spinal column.
CONTEMPORARY: For those who wants to make the floor as their best friend, this barre is more dynamic and fluid. A class where you can learn how to use your breath combined with movements in order to create a connection between the body and the ground. A warm up who helps understand basic movements but it can also be developed on more acrobatic ones.
—BALLET—
Ballet class is based on the traditional ballet structure:
BARRE (with all related exercises)
Stretching and muscles building
Center (degagé - pirouettes - adagio)
Pointe shoes initiation (optional)
Jumps (petit and grand allegro)
There is also the possibility to learn some of the repertoire of your choice.
—CONTEMPORARY—
This class is a mix of technics and sensations. It has a personalized warm up on different themes, crossings rooms, choreography and improvisation.
This training is a personal space where you can feel free and you can also have the chance to discover your body and your inner self.
—EXPERIMENTAL—
Experimental dance is a type of dance that unite all the styles that crossed my training experience ( Hip hop, contemporary, ballet, modern jazz). It is a dance that shakes all the traditional dance rules and exploits the whole body and emotional knowledge I acquired. This is a class without norms where all styles are mixed. The personation is as important as the technique that is why an acting warm up is included in the class.
—CHOREOGRAPHY—
This is a class for people who wants to create a choreography for all kind of events: weddings, anniversary, birthday, bachelor party…
Is it also a class for those who wants to improve their choreography for a competitions or an exam.

Perfect! Gladia est une super prof très pédagogue et douce dans ses gestes. Elle prend vraiment le temps de rectifier tous les mouvements. Elle apprend la technique et s'adapte vraiment à mon niveau qui est débutant.
