About Jack

My name is Jack Rowan and I am in my fourth year of my Biochemistry BSc (Hons) at Dundee University. I am currently working as part of a research lab so have plenty ways of tying in the theory of Biology and Chemistry to real world applications. I succeeded well in my secondary school examinations achieving straight A's in all subjects at Higher and Advanced Higher and I will be able to help you achieve these grades too!

About the lesson

Completely free-form style of teaching tailored to the student in style, content and length. That said a general structure will include the aims of the session, followed by a dialogue of the content to ensure the student is following along as we go over it, finishing with a review of the content covered and answering any final questions. I have experience in teaching children through both school tutoring as well as at summer camps where I frequently led lessons on complex topics, for example sailing. I am confident in tutoring in Biology and Chemistry at all levels across primary and secondary schools.
