About Bryony
For many years, I have been obsessed with self progression, and finding ways I could be better. I read many books on how to deal with difficult situations, such as heartbreaks, lack of motivation, purpose finding, and talking to people. As a result, I have gained valuable life skills both from reading and personal experiences that are not taught at schools, and that I feel should be passed on where possible.

I like to begin the lesson by talking about the student and any personal struggles or issues they may be having at that point. I then like to not only discuss them together, but question them and analyse them, not only focusing on why they have happened, but also how to deal with them and how they can be fixed. I believe writing it down helps enormously, so I encourage the student to bring a notebook!
