English
“So you can finally understand your family / partner / friends”*
This is the strongest hook. A lot of half-Filipinos or people who didn’t grow up in the Philippines want to talk with lola, parents, or a partner without needing a translator.
> “So you’re not just smiling when lola tells a joke you don’t get.”
It’s not just language, it’s culture*
> “I don’t just teach grammar. You’ll learn words like _‘bahala na’, ‘kilig’, ‘barkada’_ — words with no exact English translation but they carry a whole feeling.”
