About Aria
I have studied the neurology of addiction, happiness and satisfaction. I have helped myself and many people around me to quit bad habits such as smoking, excessive phone useage or sugar addiction. I also have a lot of psychedelic experience that I can also share my insights about. I also have a lot of spiritual experience.

What you get from my lesson is very different from person to person. What is the same for each lesson are the insights and knowledge that I impart about how our biochemistry and neurology works with our dopamine system (the part in our brain that keeps us motivated and satisfied) In people who need help with addiction I give the process and step-by-step plan for changing the habit, accompanied by guidance and support. For people with a lack of pleasure in life, for example mild depression, I will guide you with the 'rewiring' or 'reprogramming' of your brain so that you experience more pleasure. If the person I teach with is very spiritual, I like to use my spiritual knowledge and view to make my lessons even more powerful, but this is not a necessity.
