About Samantha

Hi! I’m Samantha, a Filipino college student currently pursuing a degree in Nursing. As a native Tagalog speaker, I enjoy sharing my language and culture with others and helping people learn something new in a fun and approachable way.

Being a nursing student has helped me develop patience, communication skills, and the ability to explain things clearly. I believe that learning a new language should be an enjoyable experience where you feel comfortable asking questions, practicing, and making mistakes.

My goal is to help beginners learn Tagalog at their own pace through friendly conversations, practical vocabulary, and useful everyday expressions. I want my students to feel confident using what they learn in real-life situations.

Hi! I’m a Filipino college student who would love to help beginners learn Tagalog in a fun, simple, and comfortable way.

My teaching approach focuses on practical learning and everyday conversations. We’ll start with basic Tagalog words, greetings, common expressions, and simple sentences before moving on to short conversations. I’ll explain the meanings in English when needed and help you understand how and when to use each word naturally.

A typical lesson may include learning new vocabulary, practicing pronunciation, creating simple sentences, and having casual conversations. I’ll also share common Filipino expressions and everyday phrases so you can become more familiar with how people actually speak in the Philippines.

What makes my lessons different is that I want learning to feel like talking to a friend rather than sitting through a strict classroom lesson. You can ask questions, make mistakes, and learn at your own pace without feeling embarrassed or pressured.

My lessons are ideal for complete beginners, travelers who want to communicate with Filipinos, or anyone interested in learning the Filipino language and culture. Whether you want to learn a few useful words or gradually build your conversational skills, I’ll do my best to make every lesson enjoyable and helpful.
