About Achel
I am a dedicated educator with strong experience in the Philippine K–12 system, particularly in Junior High School. My focus is on creating inclusive, student-centered learning experiences that inspire confidence and foster growth. As a Master Teacher I and SNED coordinator, I have led seminars, developed observation-ready lesson plans, and crafted resources aligned with the Matatag Curriculum and Dalubguro indicators.
I believe in establishing legitimacy through well-prepared materials, clear communication, and respect for diverse learners. My teaching style blends structure with creativity, ensuring that students not only meet academic standards but also feel supported and motivated. I believe that learning should be student-centered, inclusive, and engaging. My approach combines clear explanations, step-by-step guidance, and differentiated strategies to ensure that every learner — including those with special needs — can thrive. I use multimodal techniques such as storytelling, visual aids, collaborative activities, and guided practice to make lessons meaningful and memorable. A standard session begins with a short motivational activity to spark curiosity, followed by a clear presentation of the lesson objectives. I then guide learners through interactive discussions, structured exercises, and group tasks that encourage critical thinking. Each lesson ends with reflection and assessment, ensuring that learners can apply what they’ve learned and feel confident moving forward.

I specialize in Filipino subjects, particularly Epikong Bayan and Kuwentong Bayan, while also supporting learners in literacy, communication, and inclusive education.
