About Rob
I’m a dedicated daily trainer who is passionate about the intersection of physical health and mental clarity. My journey into fitness was personal: I lost 40lbs by developing my own techniques for sustainable fat loss and muscle gain. I’ve been through the challenges of starting a fitness journey firsthand, so I know exactly how hard it can be and how to help others navigate that path in a healthy, enjoyable way. Beyond the gym, I have a background in Business and Media. This side of my life has made me a better coach—I’m a clear communicator, a patient listener, and I take a thoughtful, structured approach to everything I teach. I’m not a "drill sergeant" type; I’m a friendly, down-to-earth person who genuinely enjoys helping others feel more confident in their own skin. Whether we’re discussing nutrition or the best way to hit a personal best, I aim to make every interaction positive and productive. Rob

Most people I speak to can't believe how easy it really is to achieve physical fitness and improve health. It is so fulfilling when they realise there are very small changes they can make that they had no idea make a MASSIVE difference. I believe fitness should be enjoyable, not exhausting. Something to make you happier every day, not just some "pot of gold" goal day in the future. My method focuses on sustainable, easy habits rather than "quick fixes." Having personally lost 50lbs and transformed my own physique, I teach using the same techniques I used to lose fat and build muscle healthily. I focus on: Nutrition Simplified: Teaching you how to eat for your goals without a restrictive "diet" mindset. Form-First Training: Ensuring every movement is safe and targets the right muscles. Positive Reinforcement: I’m a friendly, supportive coach who believes in building confidence alongside strength. Typical Lesson Structure Lessons usually last 60 minutes. We start with a quick check-in on your nutrition and recovery, followed by a focused workout/nutrition plan tailored to your goals (fat loss or muscle gain etc), and end with a cool-down and a plan for your week ahead. This is usually over zoom or if you're local I'm very happy to meet up if you prefer to go over specifics. I will log all of your progress so you don't need to remember where you're up to, and I keep track of the checkpoints that we set in place together to keep you on track of the goals you set out for me as we go along. Experience & Qualifications I am a daily trainer with years of hands-on experience in body recomposition. Beyond the physical side, my background in Business and Media makes me a highly articulate and organised tutor. I’m great at breaking down complex biological or nutritional concepts into simple, easy-to-follow instructions. Who These Lessons Are For My sessions are for everyone—from absolute beginners who feel intimidated by the gym to intermediate lifters looking to break through a plateau.
