About Ebony
I am a graduate of Cardiff University School of Music with a high first-class honours. I studied the trumpet as part of my degree, receiving a first in my final recital and I have also been playing the violin for 16years. I took part in many ensembles both at school and at university, including prize-winning wind bands, string ensembles, and Cardiff University Symphony Orchestra (in which I was principal trumpet). During my time at university I was taught by Martin McHale of the WNO, and had masterclass teaching from the principal of the Oslo Philharmonic. I have also attended a masterclass by Allen Vizzutti.
Before starting my degree I also taught two primary school aged children the basics of music theory, sight-reading and piano playing.
