About Dimitri
I'm a professional trumpet player residing in the South Jersey/Philadelphia area. I graduated from Montclair State University with my BM in Trumpet Performance in 2020 and from New England Conservatory with my MM in Trumpet Performance in 2023. I have years of orchestral, freelancing, musical/opera, and marching experience. I am very patient and have multiple viable ways to explore different solutions to common trumpet playing problems, both from my own discovery over the years and those I've learned from my teachers over the years. Available to teach all levels, very flexible hours. Approaching 15 years playing experience. Studied with members of the Boston Symphony Orchestra. Various teaching methods used depending on what works best for the student. Able to teach basic trumpet playing all the way up to preparing for professional/graduate auditions!
