Hi! I’m a fitness coach and injury rehabilitation specialist with a passion for helping people move pain-free, build strength, and feel confident in their bodies — no matter where they’re starting from. I’m trained in: • Sports Rehabilitation • Pilates (instructor in training) • Exercise science for joint-friendly training • Strength and mobility with minimal equipment I’ve worked with clients dealing with: • Lower back pain • Knee injuries (like patellar tendonitis) • Posture issues from long working hours • Shoulder instability and pain • Returning to training after an injury I combine smart movement, proper form, and rehab-based workouts to help you train safely — whether your goal is fat loss, pain reduction, or muscle gain. I know how hard it can be to stay consistent with a busy schedule — that’s why I design my sessions to be efficient, goal-specific, and suitable for people with limited time or no gym access. I specialise in: • Rehabilitation • Pilates-based Strength & Mobility • Postural Correction & Pain Relief • Fat Loss & Lean Muscle Building (Home/Minimal Equipment) Each session is: Customised to your pain points & fitness level Focused on form, joint safety, and real functional gains Designed for people with busy schedules (30–45 min efficient workouts) Can be done at home with limited space & equipment (online or offline) ⸻ Who is this for? • Have pain during workouts or sitting long hours? • Tried workouts but keep getting injured or inconsistent? • No gym access but want professional help? • Recovering from injuries like back pain, knee issues, shoulder pain, etc.? If yes, I’m here to guide you safely and sustainably. ⸻ Timings: I’m available for sessions in the evenings (post 4:30 PM) and weekends — both online and offline (Delhi-based).
