About Lorraine
I’m a trained Reiki practitioner with experience supporting women through pregnancy, birth, postpartum and times of change. I offer a calm, welcoming space where you can step away from everyday demands and simply take some time for yourself. My approach is gentle, respectful and completely client-led, allowing each session to be a quiet opportunity to relax, rest and reconnect.

Reiki sessions provide a peaceful opportunity to slow down and take some time away from the busyness of everyday life. You remain fully clothed and simply relax while I work with gentle Reiki techniques. Sessions are quiet, unhurried and tailored to you, with plenty of space to rest and unwind. Reiki can be particularly lovely during pregnancy, postpartum or periods of stress and change, but sessions are open to anyone looking for some dedicated time to relax.
