About Kristina
Hello! My name is Kristina. I have been practicing yoga for several years and have created yoga and mobility practices for my YouTube channel. My own practice has taught me how valuable gentle, consistent movement can be for mobility, posture and overall well-being.
My approach is calm, supportive and beginner-friendly. I don't believe yoga needs to be intense or complicated to be effective. I enjoy helping people find movements that feel comfortable for their bodies and gradually build strength, flexibility and body awareness.
I work with students online and adapt each session to their current level, needs and goals.

Each session is adapted to your body, experience and goals. We can focus on gentle yoga, mobility, flexibility, posture, core awareness and comfortable movement.
If you experience occasional back or neck discomfort or stiffness, we can choose gentle movements that may help you move more comfortably and develop better movement habits. I don't promise to treat or cure pain, and my classes are not a substitute for medical care.
A typical session may include gentle mobility and warm-up exercises, yoga poses, strengthening and core work, breathing and relaxation. The pace is calm and low-impact, and I guide you through each movement step by step.
The first 30-minute session is free, so we can meet, talk about your goals and try a short practice together.
