About Tilly
I am a German and Arabic student at the University of Leeds, who has achieved top grades in German at both GCSE and A-Level. I have some experience tutoring a student at GCSE level. I also completed a research project into the most effective techniques for learning and teaching languages, and I can’t wait to meet more people who want to improve their German skills!

Regular practice is the most important component in learning a language, but in reality is one of the most difficult things to achieve. I can give you an opportunity to practice listening, speaking and writing in a friendly and comfortable situation.
I have also found that it is very valuable to be able to understand the structure of a language, and I love to explore the underlying grammar with students to increase their innate feeling for the language. We can work together to answer any question you might have, and stimulate your passion for German.
