I am a yogini and have dedicated my life to learning and sharing what I believe is a profound system of transformation whether it be greater mobility, strength and confidence or further into a deeper relationship with oneself and others. I’m interested in students who are genuinely motivated and open to practice and having fun along the way!

I bring a wealth of experience and fun classes as a yoga and pilates trainer. As a specialist in yoga, I have trained in a number of traditions with leading practitioners, and taught in many parts of the world for the past 15 years. As a dedicated teacher I provide professional detailed instruction, imparting empowering feel good life affirming approach according to real life needs of the individual using the ancient knowledge of yoga, to create fitness, radiance and profound wellness.
My approach is aimed at developing confidence, core strength and stability, to set goals and have fun achieving them, to challenge, wake up and build energy and balance. Of course none of this is possible without good foundational practices which challenge both mind, body,breath awareness and mind. In this regard I offer supplementary services such as nutritional advice and lifestyle guidance. For women either at pre or post natal stages of pregnancy I offer positive support in managing and maintaining fitness and well being. For those with injuries and back problems we offer lifestyle audits and fast track recovery programs.
