About Aadyaa
I have a Master's degree in Msk and Sports physiotherapy, and 4 years of experience in specifically tailoring a fitness schedule based on my clients' needs along with rehabilitation. I work mainly with athletes and hence also include ways to avoid injury and precautionary measures in my course as well.

We will first listen to your goals/pain symptoms and then divide them into short and long term goals. Then I will build a schedule based on our timings and your goals using the FITT principle. Frequency Intensity Time Type of training We will keep updating our workouts based on your need.
