About Mariela
The word “yoga” derives from the root “yuj” which means to unite. It is a practice that gives us the tools to align our mind, body and soul and thus allow the vital energy to flow freely and without obstruction to find healing and bodily harmony, offering the latter physical strength and emotional to deal with the ups and downs of daily life. The word Yoga is often used as a synonym for personal effort and spiritual discipline. There are many types of yoga and each teacher develops their own over time. In my case, I use techniques from VINYASA YOGA, ASHTANGA, PILATES AND GIMNACIA SUAVE. It should be borne in mind that each of these practices has the same objective: to find the perfect balance between body, consciousness and spirit.

I am a yoga and meditation teacher, trained in India, and a pilates and gentle gymnastics coach. With many years of experience in the practice of different sports, my interest started to turn to pilate, yoga and meditation. I found my passion there and I have not stopped practicing or studying them. Since each individual has different needs and preferences, my courses are tailored to each person. If I work with a group, it is reduced to no more than 5 people. There is no age limit in the classes. We work on the mat by varying the strength training, yoga, concentration, breathing and relaxation exercises. In each of my classes, the main thing is to be able to connect with the physical, mental and emotional body in order to achieve a perfect balance.

Perfect! Mariela est une excellente pédagoque. Elle transmet sa passion pour le Yoga et son enseignement est de grande qualité. Elle est à l'écoute et enseigne efficacement les postures. Par ailleurs elle est très souriante et parfaitement ponctuelle. Je recommande Mariela sans hésiter.
Perfect! Mariela est une professeure de yoga aussi attentive et compréhensive à l'égard de son élève que compétente, patiente et pédagogue. Sa bonne humeur et son enthousiasme sont communicatifs. Suivre ses cours est un véritable bonheur d'autant plus qu'elle possède une large vision d'ensemble du yoga afin d'en faire partager tous ses bienfaits à ceux qui assistent à ses cours. Mariela est l'une des profs les plus en synthonie avec les enseignances du yoga que j'ai le plaisir de connaître. Elle a appris du yoga en Inde, dans un centre de haute qualité, et a poursuivi sa formation en devenant professeuse d'une vaste varieté d'élèves, venant de partout dans le monde.
Basée à Paris, elle a dû maìtriser le français pour pouvoir apporter ses très uniques connaisances du Yoga au public parisien - ce qu'elle a fait notamment vite, d'ailleurs.
En plus de tout cela, Mariela est devenu une très bonne amie, toujours prête à partager ses visions du Yoga avec passion et engagement. Je ne douterai pas de recommander ses cours à tout ce qui ait envie de s'immerger dans ce monde orientale de la santé integrale, dont Mariela est une vraie représentante.Marie,you are a great teacher,I love and enjoy your yoga lessons,and I want to thank you for your patience.
