About Rijina
Hi there! I’m a grade 12 student who’s looking to help elementary school students with any concepts they struggle with or homework help in both math and French. I've attended an extended French school all throughout elementary and middle school and I’ve continued to take French every year throughout high school. I have lots of experience communicating in French as both my parents are fluent in French. For Math, I’ve taken every math course provided all throughout high school. I am currently studying Advanced functions, Data management and Calculus. I've been successful in many of the basic concepts of math to get to the point where I am now, and so I have the means to educate students of younger ages. I also have lots of experience working with kids. I’ve volunteered at a daycare for an entire summer and I loved the experience. I love kids and so I'm looking forward to working with kids again.

I will be tutoring elementary students in grades 1-5 Math and French. For Math we will start by reviewing the lesson you're working on, then completing 1-2 practice questions together, then you will be given the time to practice and I will be there to take up any questions you need help with. For French we will follow a similar routine except practice will be done through verbal exchange with me. I will be as flexible as needed in order to personalize the learning approach for individual students
