I believe in learner centred approach. I also understand that practice makes perfect. My methodology starts from known to unknown. Extrinsic to create intrinsic motivation is the most important tool so I always rewarding for the great work in my classes. I also believe in remedial work. I try by all means to use concrete objects. Last but not least homework is the key to test understanding
