About Andrea
For more than 13 years, I studied in both English and Spanish as an advanced student. When in college, I attained my TEFL certification to teach internationally. During my time as a Spanish tutor (2 years), I worked alongside the head of the Spanish department of my College institution to build an excellent and successful experience for my students.

As a world traveler and anthropology devotee, I implement my non-judgemental knowledge of Latin American culture into my lessons. I avidly encourage my students to surround themselves with the Spanish language beyond technical lessons or literature. Growing up in NYC, I was immersed into the cultures of the world (both nationally and internationally). Moreover, I graduated college as a psychology major. Thus, I am very flexible with all walks of life and personalities.
